Cancellation Policy
1) If the beneficiary cancels the event and there is money in the Zibonga account contributed by the well-wishers, what happens to the money? How is it refunded in the case of event cancellation?

Refunds up to Rs.5000 will be vouchers only. The donors can choose any 1 from our list of Partners providing EGVs. Any amount exceeding Rs.5000 will be refunded directly to their Bank accounts, excluding transaction charges.

2) Suppose an individual well-wisher or group, by mistake has contributed to the wrong registry or wants to cancel the entire contribution for some reason. What happens to the money? How is it refunded?

Refunds will not be entertained. Instead, on the well wisher's specific instruction the amount can be transferred to the correct registry. In the extreme case of refund, the same will be entertained as GVs for the same value, from any one of our partners, as selected by the well wisher.

3) In case Zibonga severs ties with a channel partner during the course of business. What happens to the wish list of the beneficiary? In case, money has been contributed to the channel partner under various registries. What happens to the money? How are the beneficiaries handled?

Email triggered to beneficiary explaining the scenario. The contributions made to the channel partner will be available at event closure for re-allocation.

4) Suppose donor wants to cancel / reduce contribution from earlier amount to a lesser amount via cash registry or via channel partner?

Not entertained.

5) Suppose donor wants to cancel group contribution and convert to an individual contribution and vice versa?

Not entertained.

6) Suppose beneficiary is not interested/willing to accept the contribution and wants the amount to be returned to the individual/group donor?

The beneficiary / host will have to clearly inform us of his decision. In such cases Zibonga will have to get in touch with the well wisher offering GVs for the value. In the extreme case of their wanting the amount returned, it can be arranged on specific instructions providing all details of their bank, account... A bank transaction and admin charge totalling to 5% of the amount subject to a minimum of ₹100/- will be applicable

7) Suppose beneficiary wants to cancel/unsubscribe the account and cancel all registries in the account. How should the amount collected be returned?

8) Duration of the refund:

All refunds if and when applicable will be processed within 7-10 business days.
